PRODUCTS SILICA FABRIC

The silica fabric has a minimum silicon dioxide content of 96% for optimum performance. It canbe effectively used at steady state temperature up 900°C without deterioration of formation of cristobalite structure. It's specially developed to use in the extreme high temperature environment.

Silicone coated fire-resistant fiberglass fabric offers good resistance to extreme temperatures, beingable to operate normally fome -50°C to +280°C. It also has excellent weatherproof, water repellent, good chemical resistance to acids and lye, good mechanical properties for make-up.

Silica's ability to withstand continuous molten liquid metal makes it ideal as a welding screen to protect personnel and sensitive equipment in the proximity of such high temperature works. Made mainly (96%) fo high melting point Silica compound (Sio2-1600 °C), It isalso highly resistance to various corrosive acida. SL600 has a continuous temperature resistnce of 1100°C and can povid effective resistance p to 1600°C for intermttent molten sparks.
