PRODUCTS SILICA FABRIC

The silica fabric has a minimum silicon dioxide content of 96% for optimum performance. It can be effectively used at steady state temperature up 900°C without deterioration of formation of cristobalite structure. It's specially developed to use in the extreme high temperature environment.

Silica's ability to withstand continuous molten liquid metal makes it ideal as a welding screen to protect personnel and sensitive equipment in the proximity of such high temperature works. Made mainly (96%) fo high melting point Silica compound (Sio2-1600°C), It isalso highly resistance to various corrosive acida. SL600 has a continuous temperature resistnce of 1100°C and can povid effective resistance p to 1600°C f orintermttent molten sparks.
